Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their digital marketing needs.
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and online meetings to introduce Jamcono’s services and schedule consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Nurture relationships with leads throughout the sales cycle, providing ongoing support and information as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Represent Jamcono at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and visibility.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and/or Portuguese (both languages preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a knack for identifying and addressing client needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and trends is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
